Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, The Doctor and/or your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “Full” session. In consideration of your providers and other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

To maintain this service level, we ask that you consider our cancellation policy: if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This practice ensures that our providers can serve as many patients as possible, and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that these fees must be settled before rescheduling your next appointment.
No-Show Policy
At VAS Health and Wellness, we understand that life can get busy, and sometimes appointments are missed. However, if you book through ZocDoc and miss two visits, we will need to report your no-show status. We still cherish the opportunity to support you in your wellness journey, but future appointments will need to be scheduled directly with our office for your convenience.
